Professional blogger Cassie Klein reviews things. Lots of things. But a haunted inn on the coast of Maine? She doesn’t even believe in ghosts. There must be another explanation for what’s going on. So off she goes to enjoy a two-week working vacation.
Life, she soon learns, can be full of surprises.
First, there is the gorgeous Max Westfield. As the protective son of the inn’s owners, he’s not too keen on her being there. Well that’s fine because his judgmental attitude helps keep her attraction to him under control. Well for the most part.
A series of mishaps, a gorgeous girl, a huge cat and a moonlight tryst (or two) and the story of Cassie’s life suddenly becomes interesting … and complicated.
Too bad it’s all leading to heartbreak, and a match-making ghost just isn’t going to make a difference.
